Sierra Nevada IE Ski Trip

Sierra Nevada Ski Experience, a unique mountain destination designed for you to unwind, have fun, and create unforgettable memories with your team. Enjoy an unparalleled 4-day, 3-night ski experience, taking in the Sierra Nevada ski area, night skiing, the IE Ski Club amateur race, après-ski, and great company.

IMPORTANT: To complete your trip registration, you must first have a CONFIRMED ticket on IE Connects. After registering here: https://e.cglink.me/2kb/r300387512, you will receive an email confirming your spot within a few hours. This email will include your PERSONAL registration code, which is required to complete your reservation on this website. If you are on the waiting list, you will receive the email only if a spot becomes available. From the moment you receive the email, you will have 72 hours to complete your reservation using your personal code. The price includes:

Accommodations for 3 nights in various studios located in the heart of the Zona Media (room-only basis).
- Accommodation will be allocated on a maximum occupancy basis, in accordance with the capacity specified for each property. The allocation of places and the corresponding accommodation will take place once the booking process has been completed. Depending on the type of accommodation allocated, there may be rooms or spaces with a double bed or a double sofa bed, so the allocation may vary between different properties.
A 2-day ski pass for the Sierra Nevada ski area.
Activities: IE Ski Club Race (an amateur race on a marked course during one of the ski days) and a guided ski tour of the ski area.
On-slope first-response insurance.
24-hour assistance with in-house guides and vehicles, a physical office at the destination, indirect taxes, and the agency’s civil liability coverage.

The price does NOT include:

Any other items not listed in the previous section.
Ski/snowboard equipment rental.
Private or group lessons with certified instructors.
Transportation (round-trip bus).

GLOBALNIEVE informs all its customers that they have the option to purchase travel assistance insurance (covering accidents and medical care) and/or trip cancellation insurance if they wish.

Information regarding this trip is made available to students of the IE Ski Club with the aim of facilitating their access to and providing them with the necessary information about the event. It is expressly stated that neither the IE Ski Club nor IE University accepts any liability in relation to payments to suppliers, the organisation, management or execution of the trip, nor in respect of any circumstance, incident or eventuality that may arise in connection with it. The organisation, management and provision of the services included in the trip, as well as the corresponding booking and payment processes to suppliers, are the sole responsibility of the company organising the event. The fact that this information is made available by IE Ski Club or IE Universidad does not imply their participation in, management of, supervision of or responsibility for the trip. By making the booking, the student declares that they have read and understood this notice and expressly accepts the terms and conditions and responsibilities set out herein.

Reservation and Terms:

Trip from February 6 to 9, 2027.
To reserve a spot, a deposit of 100 € is required, and the package tour contract must be signed by October 9, 2026, or until sold out.
Full payment for the order and package tour must be made no later than 45 days before the trip’s departure, in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of Purchase, which have been explicitly accepted.
